We offer a comprehensive interior design service, from initial concept development and detailed documentation to on-site design management,
decoration and final selections of furniture and furnishings. The outcome is a beautifully designed, inviting interior that enhances the way
you live, work and connect, all while providing lasting value.
Pre-Engagement - Discovery Session
This two hour session can take place either in person or online via Zoom. During the meeting, we conduct an initial review of your property or project, learn about your design goals, personal style, timeline and budget and collaborate with you to develop a comprehensive design brief.
We also offer professional insights, guidance and answer any questions you may have about the project or working with us.
Within three business days you'll receive a written Session Summary, our recommendations and a Detailed Design Brief. If requested, we’ll also provide a tailored fee proposal based on the scope and direction discussed.

Stage 1 - Concept Design
Once our Fee Proposal is accepted, we conduct a one hour onboarding session to confirm the scope,
budget and style. Inspired by the architecture and your brief, we develop a concept, your unique design
narrative that shapes the guiding principles of the entire project.
We deliver space planning options (schematic design) and digital design boards with a preliminary selection of finishes, furniture and lighting. Mood and concept direction are established which address both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Stage 2 - Design Development
Following approval from the concept stage our creative focus is crystallised to deliver a detailed
design intent, floor plans, materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, colour schemes and window treatments
are selected and refined. During this stage we begin preliminary scheduling which is refined and finalised
in the documentations stage.

Stage 3 - Documentation
As the most rigorous and detailed phase of the design process, we produce comprehensive technical
construction drawings to ensure the design intent is accurately conveyed. During this stage, furniture,
fittings, fixtures and lighting are confirmed, culminating in the preparation of final schedules.

Stage 4 - Design Management
Effective management of the design throughout the construction phase is key
to achieving a successful outcome. We conduct regular progress meetings on
site to oversee the work and coordinate with the builder, trades, project
managers and consultants. After each meeting, a written summary of minutes
is circulated via email to all parties. Throughout the process, we maintain
clear and consistent communication with the client to ensure a smooth and
seamless transition.
Stage 5 - Project Finalisation
This stage is where all the elements come together to complete the project.
Final delivery and installation of furniture and furnishings are coordinated,
window treatments are installed and decorative items and artwork are arranged
and styled. The process concludes with handover and photography.
