Wanderlust was born from our client’s favourite travel experiences, inspiring the design of a warm, contemporary five bedroom, seven bathroom family home. Anchored in the Organic Modern style, we drew from destinations across the globe, from Santorini and Morocco to Los Angeles and Asia to create a cohesive, light filled sanctuary.
Noble materials and Australian artisanal fixtures are showcased throughout, blending cultural influences with refined craftsmanship. A calm sand toned palette is layered with organic textures, stone flooring and fireplace, timber battened walls, microcement finishes and touches of weathered, aged fixtures bringing depth and warmth to every space.
The heart of the home is a striking four metre long curved stone island bench, a true statement piece that anchors the open plan kitchen with sculptural elegance and natural beauty.
A serene wellness room features custom-designed lighting, while the entertainment focused pool room and bar are elevated by a hand painted mural, a nod to the client’s love of LA street art. Every detail was carefully considered to achieve a subtle yet sophisticated fusion of global styles and understated elegance.
