Once our Fee Proposal has been accepted, we conduct a one hour on boarding session to confirm scope, budget and style. A concept is developed inspired by the architecture of the space combined with the client’s brief.
We deliver space planning options (schematic design) and digital design boards with a preliminary selection of finishes, furniture and lighting. Mood and concept direction are established which address both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Following approval from the conceptual stage our creative focus is crystallised to deliver a detailed design intent- floor plans, materials, finishes, fixtures, lighting, colour schemes and window treatments are selected and refined.

The most rigorous and intensive part of the design process we provide detailed technical construction drawings which are key to ensuring that the design intent is correctly understood.
The management of the design throughout the construction period ensures a successful outcome. We hold progress meetings on site to monitor works, liaise with the builder, trades and consultants such as engineers, A/C, landscape architect & architect. We maintain clear lines of communication with the client at all times providing a smooth transition. Estimates of furnishings are provided for approval and procurement.
This is the stage where all the pieces of the puzzle come together to deliver a completed project. Final furniture and furnishings delivery and installation are organised. Installation of window furnishings take place and decoratives and art installed and styled. Handover and photography take place.
